Sports Betting Rules

1. General Settlement Principles

This document sets forth the sports betting rules for 9999ph. Settlement of bets is based on the official result published by the relevant governing body or organizer. If the official result is not published, 9999ph may determine the outcome using accredited data sources at its sole discretion; such data shall be considered decisive for settlement until an official result is published.

1. Official results govern settlement. If a result is unavailable, 9999ph may delay settlement until official confirmation is published or withdraw the bet from settlement if no confirmation is forthcoming within a reasonable period.
2. Prices or market data published with an error may be voided. If a market or price is published incorrectly, 9999ph reserves the right to void affected bets.
3. Bets cannot be cancelled or altered once accepted and confirmed, except as provided by these rules or in cases of palpable error or fraud as described herein.
4. 9999ph may suspend settlement and/or withhold payment in cases of suspected fraud or integrity concerns within an event, pending investigation by the appropriate regulatory or governing bodies; bets affected by such actions may be voided or settled according to the outcome of the investigation.
5. Outright markets are settled for all listed selections, whether or not the participant takes part in the event; non-participating selections are settled as losses. Dead heat rules apply where stated in market terms; where two or more selections share a tied result, stakes are distributed in accordance with the applicable dead heat provision and the remaining stake is treated as a loss unless otherwise specified.
6. All markets are settled on regular time unless the market description expressly states otherwise. If a market includes overtime or extra periods, settlement will reflect those periods only if the market description specifies inclusion of overtime; otherwise, such periods are excluded unless explicitly stated.
7. Where a player, team, or participant's status changes (e.g., replacement, disqualification, or retirement) after a bet is placed but before settlement, 9999ph reserves the right to settle according to the official outcome and to void or adjust markets as appropriate.

2. Verification, Data Sources and Result Publication

Settlement relies on official results. If official results are not published, 9999ph may rely on credible data sources. In cases where data sources conflict, 9999ph may choose the data source deemed most authoritative for settlement purposes. 9999ph will publish or communicate which source is controlling for each event where applicable.

1. If a market requires verification, the company may delay settlement until verification is completed. Bets may remain open pending result verification, and settlement may be adjusted if verification changes the outcome.
2. In the event of contradictory or inconsistent results, settlement will be made according to the most authoritative official source available; if no such source exists, settlement may be voided or re-settled at 9999ph’s discretion.

3. Palpable Error, Price Discrepancies and Corrections

In the event of a palpable error in event details or odds, or other material mispricing, 9999ph reserves the right to correct the error, void affected bets, or re-settle based on corrected information. Customers may request clarification or confirmation of any apparent error prior to bet acceptance, but once a bet is confirmed, 9999ph reserves all rights under this section.

1. If a bet settles incorrectly due to an error, 9999ph reserves the right to re-settle the bet within 48 hours of the error identification.
2. If a bet is accepted on an obviously incorrect price, the bet may be voided; customers will have any stake returned if the bet is voided.

4. Postponed, Abandoned or Interrupted Events

Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or interrupted, 9999ph reserves the right to void or suspend settlement of affected bets as described below, provided the event is not resumed within applicable timeframes or as otherwise described in the market terms.

1. If an event is postponed, bets may remain valid if the event resumes within 48 hours of the original start time; if not resumed within 48 hours, unsettled bets may be voided and stakes refunded unless a clear official result is subsequently declared.
2. If an event is abandoned and not resumed, markets that require a winner or a defined result may be voided; markets already determined will stand unless market terms state otherwise.
3. If an event changes venue, teams, or key conditions in a way that materially affects outcomes, 9999ph reserves the right to void all bets on affected markets.

5. Video Assistant Referee (VAR) and Final Decisions

In cases where VAR decisions affect the outcome of a match and conflict with the on-pitch decision, bets placed between the original incident and the final VAR decision may be voided unless the affected market odds were not altered by the VAR decision and market terms explicitly include VAR outcomes.

1. Bets unaffected by the VAR decision or already settled based on the final official outcome shall stand.
2. 9999ph reserves the right to reverse settlements if the final referee decision changes the outcome and such reversal is announced before the conclusion of the match or the applicable settlement window.

6. Odds Display, Rounding and Payouts

For user experience, 9999ph applies two decimal digits truncation to displayed odds. Total odds are calculated using sixth-decimal rounding, while total winnings are truncated to two decimal places. Any discrepancies noted by the customer shall be resolved consistent with these rounding rules.

1. The maximum time frame between bet settlement and any re-settlement is 30 days.
2. All decimal odds are used for settlement regardless of the odds format selected by the customer.

7. Event Formats and Scope

Supported match formats for prematch and live bets include 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45, and 3x30. Bets on matches with total duration outside 50 to 90 minutes are void. For 3x30, halftime duration is calculated as Total duration divided by two. 9999ph assumes no responsibility for unexpected format changes or settlement based on format variations; customers accept these risks upon registration.

1. Markets and bets remain valid for events within the specified duration; markets tied to the specified duration or format are settled according to the market terms.
2. Outright markets (short-term and long-term) follow the Play-or-Pay rule: bets on listed participants remain valid even if a listed participant cannot take part; H2H markets are excluded; if a listed participant is replaced by another from the same team, team-based markets remain valid while individual performance markets for the original participant may be voided.

8. Outright Markets and Play-or-Pay

Outright markets cover participants listed at the start of the event. Play-or-Pay means bets on those participants stand as losses if the listed participant cannot participate, unless the market specifies otherwise. H2H markets involving a participant who is unable to participate are void. In case of replacement within the same team, team markets remain valid while individual performance markets for the original participant may be voided.

9. Sport-Specific Settlement Rules

The following sport-specific provisions apply in addition to the general rules above. Where a conflict arises, the sport-specific rules prevail for that sport unless the market terms state otherwise.

9.1 Football (Soccer)

1. Market settlements are based on the official match result including extra periods if the market description explicitly includes them.
2. If a match is not completed or is abandoned, markets are void unless a winner is declared and the market terms specify otherwise.
3. First/Last/Anytime scorer markets apply to regular time unless stated otherwise; own goals are treated as non-scorers unless stated.

9.2 American Football

1. All markets are settled on the official result at the end of scheduled regulation time unless overtime is specified in the market. If a result is unavailable, bets may be void after 48 hours.
2. Minimum 55 minutes of a 60-minute game must be completed for most markets to be settled; otherwise, markets are void unless the market states otherwise.
3. Overtime is counted for player-prop markets unless stated otherwise; team-based markets follow the official result.

9.3 Athletics

1. Settlements are based on the official governing body results. Outright selections are treated as runners and will lose if the participant does not take part or is disqualified.
2. If an event is abandoned, no official winner is declared, markets are void.

9.4 Australian Rules Football

1. All markets settle on the official result at the end of the scheduled play time unless otherwise stated. Injury or stoppage time is included, but extra time is excluded unless stated.
2. If a fixture is postponed or abandoned, bets are void if not resumed within 48 hours unless an official winner is declared.

9.5 Badminton

1. Events settle on the official governing body result. If the match is not concluded or result is not published, unsettled markets are void.
2. Bets on postponed or abandoned fixtures are void if the event is not resumed within 48 hours.
